Trying to get through to speak to a doctor is a nightmare would be better if there was 2 doctors to take the calls

Just one thing I am not completely happy with is the self service point... everyone who comes in the surgery presumably uses this and it's a touch screen, surely there should be a ant bac hell to stop me catching anything contagious 😷
