Great service from Duncan at the Bangor shop when fittng my 1 year old granddaughter

Brilliant Customer Care, very happy shopper!

Although the person who served us was very helpful, another older lady who worked there was extremely rude. As it was busy, she actually told (and even shooed) my two older daughters out of the shop. I have bought school shoes here for all my children over the last 15years or so but thanks to her unnecessary attitude and rude treatment of two young women, I will be visiting another branch. Sometimes, it's how well you handle 'busy' that speaks volumes about customer service. I intend to contact Clarks head office with regards to this too. Extremely poor.

We went in for a first set of baby shoes. The services was excellent and our daughter was at ease. The selection could have been better but we were happy

Small but friendly

Good smart shop and friendly staff, excellent for finding out the little ones shoe sizes and getting a pair of shoes that will last, but can get very busy at times for the size of it. A lot of their kids stock tends to be very girly pink, open and glittery for girls with limited real footwear for running, jumping climbing trees though.

Easy to spot and the assistant is helpful and patient
