Really disappointed with the duty manager not willing to help me as I didn't buy the shoes from the wrexham store. As I was overcharged and instead of driving all the way to Cheshire Oaks I've asked her if she can Atleast give me a credit note to use it in a clarks shop and she wouldn't have it. So went all the way to Cheshire Oaks to be told that I didn't had to travel all the way there I could have just gone to the nearest clarks and they would have refund the difference on my card. Thanks for wasting my time and for the rubbish customer service I have received....
