Very nice hotel good location. Very nice rooms clean and tidy.

Generally a nice quiet hotel. Evening meal was good though some food needed more seasoning. Service wasn't great though despite just two tables in use. Breakfast should be listed in full as waitress when asked did not list all the items. We ended up with black pudding which we didn't want. Finally mattresses on the beds were poor. We changed rooms because the first was so poor and second was slightly better.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful. Beer was not a rip off and breakfast was very well put on.

This is my favourite hotel in Wales. It's charm: position. Situated perfectly as a hub for seeing the best of Pembrokeshire. 'More of a motel' I hear the Americans say. This could not be further from the truth. The character and service the staff provide bats that particular accusation away immediately. Its position allows short travel distances to all the sights the area provides: the beaches, the castles and the wool museum. The days are so full that you return to the hotel a true shadow of your former self. The answer is simple. A pint of cobra and a bag of nuts from the reasonable and well stocked bar. Then over to the restaurant for a quality chicken dinner and views to match! If your not the sociable and want to be alone, order the meal to be sent to your room and enjoy loneliness. Either way it really is that good.

Can't recommend it. Small rooms, ancient tv and poor Wi-Fi. Nice views though.

Went for Sunday lunch it was absolutely terrible, most cafés that do Sunday lunch are far superior to the quality that we were served. Child's portion and cold the bit of veg we had was rock hard, we weren't the only ones that complain, no longer linnen table cloths, but a table which was fit for the skip. No carvery but a plated meal if you could call it that.

Clean spacious rooms, lovely views, and we received a complimentary room upgrade because they were quiet and wanted to keep guests together. Breakfast included was standard fair but well-cooked and presented, and staff were helpful and friendly.

I've stayed here a couple of times with work but to be honest I prefer a place with a bit more character. Rooms are very plain and dull with the place feeling more like a little chef. It is however close to the ferry inn which is a bonus
