Had my hair done this week,. Lovely hair do. Thanks

•some staff are miserable
•expensive for same cut and treatment you would get elsewhere
•i feel intimidated when i enter the salon
• plus i didnt get what i asked for..wrong cut and ruined my blonde hair so i had to go back to black

It's really relaxing also there is a Bistro inside the hairdressers.

Mixed feelings from me. I took my (adult) daughter for us both a new haircut for a family wedding. My daughter had hers done by the owner, Clinton, and she absolutely loved it, she still does four weeks later and is talking about going back to get it trimmed back into style. But mine, it was and still is a terrible cut. I hate it. A young girl did mine, she seemed scared to cut it. I took a photo of a nice short style that I've had before and asked for something similar - my hair had grown to past shoulder length so shouldn't have been a problem. The girl didnt seem to think from the start that it could be done, but didn't really give a reason. She brought back a customer who was just leaving and suggested I could have it like that. I smiled politely but when the lady had left I said there was no way I wanted it cut like that, a curled under like a sausage bob isn't for me! I told her to just do it. Well, It looked as though she had put a bowl on my head and cut round it, leaving a few dangling wisps. The Beatles would have loved it. She was finishing off, to my amazement and got out her mirror to show me the back. I suggested she do something about the birds nest on top of my head. So she cut a bit more off, a slight improvement but by that time I was flogging a dead horse. The girl appeared to go off for her lunch, so I got out of the chair, paid and left. I was and still am, really really upset at the godawful mess she made of my hair, which is normally quite forgiving to most cuts.

So. From me I would give zero stars and say, whoever that was that cut my hair needs to go and do some serious training.

I gave it the three because my daughter is over the moon with hers. So just be careful who you get!!!

Excellent & Beautiful Salon — Wonderful service, has its own coffee shop and lovely barista (Eric) service lovely coffee in comfortable​ surroundings, which is great when waiting for your appointment. Come early and enjoy a coffee before the lovely staff get to work on your hair in lovely surroundings. I highly recommend the super-comfortable reclining hair washing chairs!

As a side, I am a wheelchair user and there is no specific access to the salon for your chair (the local council actally won't let them on a technicality) — However if you call ahead and let them know, they are happy to help get you up there, and they're pretty good at it!

Absolutely brilliant place! Beautiful surroundings,staff are really lovely and my hair looks perfect.Will definitely be my regular salon from now on xx

Worked here for 18months worst experience of my life the boss needs to stop putting a dot on the i of his name
