I was in a bit of a hurry to buy a little van for personal use. I saw one I fancied, and phoned up on a Thursday morning, asking if I could view, buy and collect on the Saturday. Hearing a warm 'Yes' to my questions, I also asked whether it was better to travel by bus from Dolgellau or Barmouth. 'Just give me a ring from about 15 minutes out, and i'll meet you at the train station.
I picked the immaculate Ford Fiesta Van up today (Saturday) with no fuss or drama whatosoever! I was made to feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Well done indeed, and thanks. Diolch.
