Again with everyoneвАЩs safety in mind we will still be closed for passing trade but open for taking orders, collections and deliveries. We are urging everyone to get their orders in early to avoid disappointment and give the team plenty of time to prepare.

Firstly I would just like to thank all our fantastic customers old & new for their support and cooperation over the last few weeks. It really does mean a lot to us as a small village butchers shop. Secondly I would like to say a BIG thank you for all the help we have received this week. But big praise has to go to apprentice Elis Morris who has shone under pressure. Hard work and long hours has gone in this week to carry on bringing you the best of local welsh produce.
As a ...business we have to think about YOU the customers, our team and their families safety during these very difficult times. The next 3 weeks are critical and with the message to вАЬSTAY AT HOMEвАЭ we have to change the way we run!
A very difficult decision but for the foreseeable future we will not be opening the shop for passing trade. The shop is just too small to carry on like this so we will be operating an order & collect policy or urging everyone to take advantage of our free local delivery service(more info to follow) STAY AT HOME & Let us bring the meat to you.
We really do hope everyone understands and carries on supporting us. We want to do our best to help fight this while carrying on serving the community the best way possible.

We will continue to open the shop this week as normal but Following Boris JohnsonвАЩs recent announcement and how events are unfolding we will reviewing over the next few days what is the best for the business. After a very busy week in the shop, we have finally had a chance to sit down and catch up with reality. In light of the current situation and what we are being advised to do, we would like to request that customers adhere to the recommendation of social distancing when coming to the shop(1 Customer at a time) Could we also request that you start using your cards and not cash where possible. We are also encouraging you all to pre order & collect or take advantage of our free ...local delivery service. This is not only to keep you safe but also our fantastic team of staff! We will continue to monitor the situation over the coming week but no doubt more changes will be needed and again the safety of our fantastic customers & staff is more important than anything else.

We will be closing at 4pm today so the team can have a well earned break then start again to replenish our stocks for tomorrow. We hope you all understand that ItвАЩs been a crazy week so far in difficult circumstances. We would like to thank everyone for there patience and continued support.
Some stock is running low but we are expecting deliveries. We have been having problems with our Facebook messenger this morning but is now back up and running. Open 8am till 2pm Saturday....

We understand the next few weeks/months are going to be challenging for us all. We as a community will no doubt work together and get through this.
Firstly we would like to reassure our customers that we are taking every precaution in response to the current situation, with additional cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces, handles and equipment put in place.
... No doubt as the week goes on people will have concerns about venturing out and with shop space very limited we recommend you Call or Message our Facebook page with your order & then collect at your preferred time. If you are unable to collect we do offer Free Local Delivery.
ItвАЩs been a crazy few days and some suppliers are struggling to fulfill our full orders but we do still have a great selection of local welsh produce. We will be doing our best to stock up on other essentials-Milk,Bread,Etc over the coming days. If you want to order anything to go with the papers on specific days then do let us know.
We will keep you updated with any changes as they happen. It is very uncertain times but let's help each other wherever we can in a time of need.
