Friendly, obliging, good parking

Hate going in there its the closes shop to me id travel further but when i'm in a rush i will use it, i don't like being treated differently i find the staff in there rude not because of what they say but the lack of what they don't say. I know it must be crap working with the public but most of the people who use it are local so they see most customers everyday so why the doom and gloom also the lack of eye contact is scary when i leave i think am i invisible i managed to get what i wanted without even a word or eye contact from the staff!? this is wrong on so many levels. Ive just come from using the shop now and wanted to write this because the staff member that served me after i cued for over 10 mins was familiar and friendly to the customer before (i wasnt to bothered that there was no apology for the wait but i think that could of changed how i felt when i left the store)me when i stepped up to the counter i was ignored i said 'hi' and got no reply asked for what i wanted the only words they said to me was the price of what i had brought! as i am leaving the store the next customer gets a hi hello how are you! seriously what is with that? id love not to use that store but i sometimes have to and i always leave there feeling like there body language and poor poor customer service!! People experience things differently and i'm not spitting my dummy out this is just my experience and how i feel.
