Coach House Pianos

I want to share an experience I had here, the team are so helpful, I purchased a Piano from them and they gave an excellent service from start to finish and back up after, not easily found with companies nowadays!
Because they have been established many years, they know the solution you need, they know their products and back it with great customer service! These are the best people to go to if you need a Piano by far..

Coach house pianos were fantastic in every way. We were able to take our time to consider all our options when choosing our piano. The instrument we purchased, a Yamaha upright YUS5, was the perfect instrument for our children to improve and strengthen their playing. Everyone was kind and supportive and there was a wonderful family atmosphere! The showroom has a wide range of instruments to try at your leisure.

From the moment I arrived at the Coach House showroom I experienced first class customer service. All the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful, well informed and clearly had a wealth of experience in all aspects of the piano business. They answered all my questions, gave me excellent balanced advice, allowed me to spend several uninterrupted hours playing a range of pianos, and even provided me with several cups of coffee during my visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and any potential problems with disposal of my existing piano were immediately solved. The range of new and second hand pianos was impressive. I never felt any sales pressure and was given space and time to make a decision. Subsequent phone calls and emails were unfailingly warm and friendly and I felt I was dealing with people I could trust at all times.
Delivery of the new piano was extremely efficient and once again, the staff were
friendly, polite and professional. I phoned Coach House about an hour after delivery to report that there was a piano malfunction. The response was faultless...apology, great concern and a commitment to rectify the problem immediately. Within a couple of hours a piano technician arrived and the problem was solved ( It was very simple to fix and was nothing more than a small mechanism slipping when the piano was moved.)
I am thrilled with my new piano and know that the price I paid was very competitive. In addition, the whole Coach House experience was second to none and it is with huge enthusiasm and confidence that I recommend Coach House to anyone looking to buy a piano.

Outstanding! We bought a used upright from Coach House Pianos. The piano itself is wonderful, but the service we received from beginning to end was exceptionally good! Delivery was surprisingly easy, and the men very professional, taking all care with both the piano and my property, even though it was not easy to access. I cannot praise this business more highly. We bought a grand piano for my son's birthday in 2012 Sept, for £18000, plus £695 to order a chair, until now we haven't got the chair!

If a piano is one off, that why they were amazing, once we paid, they don't want to know ! PATHETIC!
