NIGHTMARE - I CAN'T GET A REFUND A FAULTY PURCHASE !!! I bought a lovely collage by Karen O'Shea in August 2015. Unfortunately the collage started to disintegrate, so I returned it in August 2016 whilst back on holiday in Saundersfoot. The picture was to be returned to the artist and either repaired or replaced, which I was happy with. On 25th October - when I had received no communication from the gallery - I contacted them by email for an update. I received no reply, so I phoned 1st November and left a message. Still no reply, so on 5th November I phoned again. The lady I spoke to was so rude that I ended up asking for a full refund. I am still waiting for my £150 - 40 days later - despite promises that the refund has been processed, several chasing emails and even contacting the artist to intervene on my behalf. I am appalled by the complete lack of customer service from this gallery and feel sorry for Karen O'Shea being connected with this dreadful scenario. Buyers beware.
