Cobden View is accessed by steps up to the main side door entrance. Inside, all accommodation is on one level and there is decking in the private rear garden for al fresco dining. . . with stunning views across Sabden Valley on the menu.

Accommodation comprises:
Bedroom 1 (king size bed, fitted wardrobes, south facing onto garden and farm fields);
Bedroom 2: twin beds, fitted wardrobes, also south facing onto garden and fields).
A fold up Jay-Be single bed can go in the master bedroom or sitting room.
Kitchen dining room (spacious, fully equipped including fridge, dishwasher, all electric, wood chairs and table) looks across to Pendle Hill.
Sitting room with views across to the lower reaches of Pendle Hill and to Cobden Farm's fields (log burner, 3 and 2 seater leather sofas, flat screen TV, DVD, Wii, board games, books, magazines).
Bathroom (heated towel rail, fully tiled, including bath and large corner shower).
Utility room from where you can watch the sheep in the fields (large area with tiled floor, freezer and washing machine, drying facilities, microwave and worktop).
Cobden View is all electric and has oil central heating.
