Cocoon Birthing offers Hynobirthing classes, Pregnancy Yoga and birth education in Swansea and Gower

Cocoon sessions offer fully accredited and highly recommended Hypnobirthing and Birth prep classes /courses which are based on the concept that:
- a womans body is perfectly designed to birth her baby naturally
- fear and tension can be replaced by calm and confidence to allow the body to give birth comfortably and naturally.

Hypnobirthing includes simple but effective breathing techniques along with self-hypnosis and relaxation. It gives you the tools to release fear, build confidence and achieve a positive, calm and gentle birth at home or in hospital. You will learn how to get to a place of deep, blissful relaxation and trust your body and your baby's natural birthing instincts. Your partner will learn how to support you during and after labour and birth and also understand how their role is central to the birth experience.
Cocoon Birthing classes will help you to stay calm, focused, in control and will fully prepare you for the most magical and empowering experience of your life.

The cost of the full course is £250 inc handouts (4 x 2 hr sessions) in the comfort of your own home weekday evenings.

- Birth Basics and Relaxation private session for you and your birth partner (no hypnobirthing) 2. 5-3hrs £90

-Weekly pregnancy relaxation. Weekly topic to inform and empower you. Learn breathing techniques and sample the benefits of hypnobirthing £30 4 week block or £8 drop in

Advice on birthing pools, set up etc and waterbirth preparation available.
