Lovely views, comfortable accomodation, very friendly and knowledgable owners would recommend this as a base for North Wales for anyone !

An amazing weekend. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was out of this world especially the fruit salad and Welsh breakfast. Will definitely be going back and can highly recommend booking with them.

Extremely gracious and kind hosts. Quickly responded to anything that came up and were very apologetic for the smallest things. Gorgeous views & a little chicken coop in the front yard, very fun and friendly for kids. The host let us feed the chickens and ducks which our 3 year old loved. If we were in the area we would stay again and spend 2 full days just in the room and nearby countryside. They recommended a local country pub, but unfortunately our arrival was too late.

Decided on a short break here and was well worth the money. Owners and staff cannot do enough to make your stay perfect. The views are spectacular and peace and quiet lovely. Would definitely return

Andy and Beth are great people, lovely and welcoming. Very nice place and nice views. Easy stroll to the village pub.

Stayed here with my parents and brother to celebrate my dads 50th on the weekend of 22nd & 24th July 2016. Will definitely be booking again as had a great weekend and the B&B was excellent. Friendly hosts and couldn't fault the rooms or breakfasts!! Well worth a visit and plenty to do in the surrounding area.
