Good all rounder warm and comfortable good breakfast

Yes it's fine clean and very comfortable

Rooms are noisy and there were stains on the bedding. If you require cooked breakfast then make sure you say the day before otherwise you will not get one! Smells of cigarettes. On the plus side it's within walking distance of the town centre.
