After such a successful evening, awful to hear Mike Parker had his tyres slashed on his car at the hotel. 3 tyres deliberately punctured. £321 worth of damage and Mike was left unable to collect his wife from the airport. The hotel is currently searching CCTV images and working in conjunction with the police. The car is a white Avensis, and was parked in the staff car park by the green container. Any information would be greatly appreciated. The police are currently seeking the driver of a black transit type vehicle, as they may have seen the attack. Please share.

We have a number of opportunities for the right person. We have vacancies for bar staff, waiters/waitresses and we are also looking for cover for our chef. If you or anyone you know are interested in some part time work please contact either Gareth or Sam at the Clubhouse on 01656862121.

Took my two sons for a round of golf as they were visiting for the Easter weekend. We had such a warm welcome from the staff and members who made us feel quite at home. There's a lot of upheaval there at the moment as they are building an extension but quite frankly that didn't matter at all as we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere created by the people. The course is very muddy in parts which is to be expected at this time of year but it played well under the circumstances. I'm looking forward to a return visit next time the boys are home. Thank you to everyone for making our day such an enjoyable one.
