Coffee Centre

Was one of the worst cafes I've ever been to. Half the staff stood around doing nothing while the other half acted like they'd rather jump off a cliff than stay there for another second. The food was a big disappointment, small portions, poor quality, and for some strange reason some parts of the menu they would only serve to children under twelve, which I thought was ludicrous. Paid for a glass of cola and ended up with a glass that was smaller than half a pint, completely ridiculous. Also, the decor was a complete eyesore. Bright blue seats with muddy pink walls. Worst cafe ever!

Very nice food. Piping hot which is a nice change. Very pleasant staff.

Always a favourite cafe as the food is always good.

No specific gluten free specials (like gluten free fish) on the menu. So I had bacon, egg and chips.

The lady did say that their chips are ok as fried separately on their own and they do use a gluten free gravy on dinners.

Husband had haddock which he said was lovely with a light and crisp batter coating, not too heavy.

We came back for tea and hubby had a lovely looking piece of coffee and walnut cake.
