There are not enough words to describe how grateful myself and my mum, sister and brothers are to James, Claire, Francine & Bev for the first class service that they provided to us for the funeral of our dad. From the moment that James came to visit us, we were shown care, compassion and respect by you all. Myself and the family cannot praise Gareth, Clare and the rest of the team enough for the way in which they dealt with things leading up to and during the day of my sister-in-laws funeral. Whilst being caring and sensitive to our needs they were also totally professional from beginning to end thus making the arrangements for the funeral a lot easier for us to deal with.The care and support shown from you all to our family at this difficult time will never be forgotten.Thank you all so much and we will not hesitate to recommend you.

My mum passed away in May and I walked into Rumney Funeral Home and I received the most warmest welcome and empathy from the staff. All staff have been amazing. Gareth came to the house to visit us and he was wonderful. The care and attention they gave our mum was brilliant she looked beautiful and peaceful. We can't thank you enough for your service. Your the best THANK YOU so much x x x

I went to a funeral conducted by Gareth, he and the team were so professional , kind, calm, nothing was a bother. A really good service for families at a difficult time.

I just wanted to say a big Thank you for the way you guided whilst organising our brother Jimmy's funeral. Claire you was fantastic in your approach to us. Nothing was too much trouble. Gareth you was a star with us so much so that one of the younger members of the family referred to you as 'whoa who is that? He's a bit of alright.'

I feel I need to tell people who maybe looking for a funeral directors of how utterly professional and friendly Rumney Funeral services are. From the moment James and his colleague arrived at our home to take care of Dad, through to the end of the funeral at Thornhill, Rumney Funeral services were exemplary.



You expect a funeral company to offer a good, general and dignified service, but it was the small details which impressed us and calmed us as a family. James in particular shone with his thoughtful, warm actions and empathetic manner. They are a small company, but you certainly receive the personal touch, which means so much at a difficult time.
