New product this week, Chinese style pork stir fry, using the New Chinatown Marinade supplied by Verstegen of Rotterdam. Allergen free, so no Gluten or dairy product, takes minutes to cook in a wok or a frying pan.

Another new product that we have now developed. Chicken Breast Cordon Bleu with ham and cheese stuffing, ideal oven bake, in one of our recyclable alloy cooking trays, Cook at 155c for approximately 35 minutes , serve with salad, green salad, vegetable, potatoes for a delicious meal

good news, our turkey supplier contacted me to say that his turkeys won the supreme championship at this years winter fair at Builth wells in the poultry class, so it's official, we are supplying Wales's best turkeys

this Saturday we have low fat pork sausage ( this recipe was judged Britains best low fat sausage) along with Gluten free pork sausage, only made 10lb of each. Same price as our traditional pork sausage,

We've had the garlic and herb sausages and the quality is outstanding, will definitely be supporting this little local butchers. We paid the same price that we would have in tesco or any large chain.

We tried the truffle burgers tonight and they were delicious. Everything in the shop is excellent quality and this is the only butchers shop we will buy from in the future

We all really enjoyed everything that we had the homemade chicken kiev. was great

First visit yesterday . Lovely welcome ,fab shop and all the meat looked amazing .finally settled on the beef truffles which we had for supper last night and definately a thumbs up from me . Now to sample their minted lamb chops today .So pleased and grateful to finally have a local butchers.

Christmas Turkey was superb (always cook the Delia method) and plenty left over for a Jamie Oliver leek and Turkey pie. We are so lucky in Gowerton to have a top class Butchers!

Called here today and spoilt for choice had the marinated chicken legs, beef stir fry and Mexican potatoes , was absolutely stunning , be back next week , highly recommended !!!
