Absolutely horrific firm, they have left me without heating and hot water for five days, so far, with currently no end in sight, do not hire these to do work for you, they take forever to get the parts needed, even though I was promised by the engineer, on Thursday, that the parts had been ordered, would arrive first thing on Friday, and i'd be his first call, so I waited in all day Friday, no phone call, nothing, I eventually had enough of waiting, contacted them to be told the part hadn't arrived, but the part would be there Monday, and they would come out and fix my boiler, so that was 4 days no heating or hot water, I have a young child as well, then today, I rang them this morning, they said as soon as the part arrives, the engineer will be out to install it, but nothing, I rang just gone midday, still no part, so they won't be out today either.....tomorrow will be day 6, I'm really losing my patience now.....keep away from Colin Laver, for Your own sanity.....
