Compass Health Solutions Limited are experts in providing assistance to families on issues such as child sleep, development and adult care at home.

As a parent of a child who experienced severe sleep issues for the first four years of her life, I am able to understand the feelings of desperation and isolation that sleep deprivation can cause parents, as well as the strains it places upon relationships and careers.

Having researched many sources of information regarding sleep, including Health Visitors and sleep clinics, I realised that there was little help available which was truly tailored to the individual family. As a result of this I re trained as a Registered Nurse, and after a number of years in practice I undertook further training to be Health Visitor.

Due to my experience as a parent, I am now passionate about assisting families to overcome issues in a way that is tailored to their needs. In order to achieve this, I have employed the services of a number of Health Visitors, who all share the same ethos, being that parents views and wishes should be paramount.

Our Health Visitors have a wealth of experience gained during their employment in the NHS. We are able to provide advice and planning to assist and overcome issues such as feeding, sleep and development. We are unique in that we are experts in providing advice to both parents, we understand the challenges faced by fathers and can provide support when required.
