After 20 years working in the NHS I took the plunge and re-trained in complementary health.
I did this after experiencing its positive effects on myself which made me realised that we are relying far to much on medication to treat minor illnesses.
Nature has been providing us with its healing properties for centuries and now is the time to except a helping hand from nature.

Today is the last day of the working week for many, so today I want you to look differently at things around you and find some inspiration in them not matter how light or intense it maybe. I can't highlight enough how important it is to drink enough water. If you feel thirsty throughout the day then your body is already dehydrated and will be affecting your organs in some way. As a general rule we need to drink 2 liters per day to maintain a healthy hydrated body.
