💛STAY ACTIVE – Start the day with 10 – 20 minutes of yoga stretches or exercise, dig out your old Davina Mccall workout DVD, try one of Joe Wicks many at-home workouts... Or YouTubers “Lydia Elise” and “In the Frow”
💛PRACTICE MINDFULLNESS – “The Headspace App” is amazing and talks you through basic meditation techniques if you’ve never tried it before, you could start Colouring and post your creative masterpieces on Instagram, do a Jigsaw, or it can be as simple as just stopping and taking 5 minutes to Breath properly.
