Conwy And Denbighshire Young Adult Carers

Offering support to carers aged 16 - 25yrs in Conwy and Denbighshire through one to one support and group activities.

Conwy Young Adult Carers, works with young people in a caring role aged 16 - 25 yrs. We support them through regular groups providing a combination of eisure, social and issue based opportunities.

Denbighshire Young Adult Carers, works with young people who are either currently caring or are former carers and are currently not in employmeny, education and training through the Lifeskills Project (funded by the Big Lottery). The aim is to support the YACs back into employment or training through issue based groups, one to one sessions and various workshops.
