People writing reviews need to be aware that the purpose of these reviews is not to express political issues, but to review the building and location itself. As it happens the building is well maintained and the staff in question are just doing their jobs, even if they have their hands tied thanks to bureaucracy.

I'm trying to resolve an issue with people parking on double yellow lines opposite our driveway. This has been going on since January, it's now nearly October. We struggle to get out and back in on a daily basis. If there was a review for residents who annoy me with their parking then they would also get one star.

Asked them to collect an unwanted bin from my property. After 8 weeks of them not responding I took it to the tip myself.
The staff at Mochdre recycling centre are hopeless and are frequently sat on plastic chairs on the roadside having a cigarette.

Really sad, I wanted to give a good review as I saw the one star review and thought, hey I can write better, but after just talking now with recycle and refuse dept. I feel they are really not interested. VERY DISAPPOINTING. On a three week bin collection it is impossible NOt to squash your rubbish down, but just to have bags taken off the top of the bin and the rest left and told it was compacted is bad show. No compassion or sympathy shown either. Poor. Come on. I pay alot of rates for this!
