THE DREADFULL CONWY CHAVSITE!!!

This has to be the worst campsite I have stayed at in twenty five years. I have never had a problem with noise, at Parkfoot in the Lakes they have a simple system, lights out at ten this place seems to allow people to party until the early hrs and have no system in place to prevent it. On the Wednseday a couple opposite held a party that went on until twelve, I asked them to be quite and within half an hour it was quiet and the following day the gentleman came to me and appologised but where was the security to stop it in the first place? Why should I have to deal with it? I don’t on other ‘well’ managed camp sites!!! On the Friday a new family arrived and at around ten they came in from the pub and I heard another woman join them and say I have twelve cans of Cider so we can get “ratar@@d! They continued to party until around elevenish when I’d had enough and I kindly asked them to be quiet as my children could not sleep which was totally ignored, the chavs continued to shout and party until around oneish when my daughter said, “daddy I can’t sleep” so I shouted at them to please be quite which did nothing so I had to go to the office in the early hrs with two young girls to find the security number which was written on the door!!! I called them but it did nothing, they just carried on then thirty mins later I called them again and could here security laughing and joking with them, it was two o’clock before these nasty low lives went quiet. To add insult to injury because I shouted for them to be quiet this was viewed by management to be aggressive (how can anyone be so stupid to view ‘please be quite’ as an act of aggression is beyond me) and we was also asked to leave but why was it up to myself to ask other campers to be respectful? At a lot of campsites it’s lights out at a specific time? I believe the management is extreamly poor even basic, box standard managment could simply arrange the site into two different areas, one with lights out at ten or eleven and silence for families with no alcohol . Another for chavs that want to drink until the early hours and shout all they want That way this place could be more suitable for good people with families! It did turn out to be good though as I got my money back and we went to spend the last day at Ty Mawr Holiday Park which was so good we spent a further 4 days, it has food, swimming pools, entertainment, is well managed and is perfectly quiet at night all the complete opposite to the Conwy Chavsite!!!! In short, if you are prepared to have to defend you own daughter from cowardly bullies because the security is useless and be punished for it or if you just want to get drunk and mouthy then this is the place for you, if you are a decent family then stay away!!!!!

We've been coming for years and love it here. Ideally situated for many in North Wales.
Toilets are clean and showers are clean and free. Relatively cheap to stay, pitches are also clearly marked and a good size. Will definitely be coming back again.

It is a bit all over the place not very good or well kept could do with a good make over and all the services are a good way away and the pub is not open all the time in low seasons

Firm family favourite and has been for over 16 years. Fabulous for families with kids. Safe a d secure. There is also an area exclusive for adult campers. Holiday homes are new to the park, and appear very nice, but we haven't seen the finished result. Entertainment at the Swallows Nest is fabulous, something for everyone and the kids areas are well kept, staffed and stocked. Watch out for the interesting weekends. And the end of season fireworks is not to be missed!🤗

Large site laid out in small paddock good cheap club house with excellent indoor and outdoor children's play areas. Level pitches with seasonal and storage available. Well maintained clean toilets with free hot water and showers close to Conway and snowdonia. Warning beware of the owner he is a rude loudmouthed person full of his own importance. He is very unhelpful and will make you leave the site if you dare to question him. I only asked for my electric hook up to be restored using the out of hours mobile number provided at reception and was greeted on the phone with abuse wrongly acused of improperuse of the electric and told to leave the next day. Security patrols are not provided neither is an emergency contact unless you want to cross the bad mannerd owner

The Campsite itself is good.
We have just been up to the pub at 18.00hrs for some tea.
They were only serving curry. No alternatives were offered.
There is no shop on site which would have been helpful. The toilet and shower blocks were clean and tidy.
A good campsite in general just disappointed we couldn't have a meal at the end of a busy day.
