Recently had some warranty work carried out. Courtesy car was ready and waiting and Simon the engineer who came out with me to witness the fault was very professional. They kept me well informed about the progress of my repair. Can't recommend them enough 👍

Recently had dealings with the service department. Communication was incredibly poor, however the member of staff responsible has now left the business.

I have dealt with Conwy Land Rover on many occasions and I have always found that the whole team really go out their way to help you out. They are so friendly and welcoming, and I couldn't recommend them enough. The cars I have had have always been excellent in the way they have prepared the car including the valeting. Can't wait to order my new car through them.

Visited Conway Land Rover as very interested in purchasing a Discovery Sport last Saturday. As it was pouring down with rain outside and having visited the show room prior I knew there was a Discovery model in the showroom itself.I went inside and inspected the vehicle .I was quite keen to gain access to the boot to see the 7 seat configuration but it was locked . I could see that the showroom was quite busy understandably, and sales people were in attendance .After hanging around for at least 15 minuets I did ask if I was able to open the boot to one sales person to which he replied"Cant open this as its locked" ..I thought very strange sales tactic, He then explained that I couldn't be dealt with for at least a hour..at this point I lost the will to live and left with the thought of taking my custom elsewhere. My advise is for more staff to be working on busy Saturday afternoon!

Three phone calls to try and book a Range Rover battery change, three messages left and three times no one bothered to return my call.
