We're Conwy Mind. We're here to lead the fight for better Mental Health in Conwy County. We are an independent, local charity governed by our Board of Trustees. Established in 1985, we have over 35 years experience of supporting better mental health and wellbeing across Conwy County. We offer a range of free services to help people that are struggling with their mental health are committed to working with our community to challenge stigma and discrimination associated with mental health. The delivery of inclusive services are accessible to everyone who needs them, ensuring no one has to face a mental health issue alone. We want to be able to help as many as possible because mental health issues affect us all. Whether it's you, someone in your family, a friend or a colleague, a neighbour or a classmate, the impact can be really hard to manage. Conwy Mind is here to offer support when it's needed, in your local area.
