Cooked From Scratch Description
'Cooked from Scratch' is a new foodie business. Everything is cooked from scratch 100% using high quality, locally sourced or British produce.
We offer a general catering service but offering that little bit extra - no bought in bread for your sandwiches, it will all be home made.
We also offer a 'dine at home' service where we can cater in your home for a dinner party or bring you the dishes just to finish off yourself so it looks like you've done all the hard work.
Launching later this year will be service enabling you to order seasonal, cooked from scratch meals and have them delivered to your home e. g. a week's worth or a full 'fill your freezer' service.
We also offer special occasion services such as wedding favours, party gifts etc.
Our website is being developed at the moment, but that will give you more information of what we're about etc. once published.

After almost 5 years since I started Cooked From Scratch, it is with regret I am closing the business.
Thank you to all my customers, supporters & Facebook followers for your support over the last 5 years.
Cooked From Scratch is no more, but I will continue with the teaching.

Just got back from a week in the Norwegian Fjords.
Fantastic fish market & restaurant in the middle of Bruggen - not a whiff of fish though, just the sea.

I absolutely love Nigella - she is one of my fave cooks. And, like me, she says she's a cook as opposed to a chef. But, that doesn't make what you do any less important, as you will see here.
I highly recommend Nigella for anyone who wants to get cooking, but is lacking confidence. She will hold your hand (not literally - but it will feel like it):

Claire, once again came to my rescue, catering a last minute dinner party! The food - all four courses, plus handmade chocolates and coffee - was superb, as always.
Claire and her girls are professional, polite and friendly and took all the anxiety out what could have been a very stressful evening for me!

I can Highly recommend this fabulous lady and her company. she is passionate about food and I know that whatever is ordered contains the best possible ingredients with none of those silly additives. So we eat well and healthy but above all it's scrumptious. But don't take my word for it join us at Pontyclun Business Club every other Wednesday but get there early to be sure to get one of Cooked from scratches Bacon Rolls
