Core360 Circuits Description
Peter Jones and Stephen Kelly will be running a 6 week fitness program for fun! it wont be serious but we'd like to hope everyone that takes part gets the results they want : ) The program will start with a 1. 5 mile run to asses everyone's ability! it will also end with the same 1. 5 mile run so see how much everyone has improved. Any needed dietary advice will be given!
