Went to cornerpark Swansea to look at a Ford Focus zetec a week ago. Was given the keys and left to look at the car with no hassle. Dave asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive again with no hassle. Could not fault Dave and Kim with the professionalism they showed. If your looking for a car definitely go there. Had a car from here back in January. 2weeks ago it developed a water leak so it went it to a garage top of Skewen had the car back today 2 weeks later and there are scratches up the passenger side doors. The garage turned around and said it will come out with t cut not happy. Would not recommend corner park or the garage just want to get rid of car.

Very poor sales experience.. called to view a car which we then test drove.. Very pleased with car but not offered what we wanted on part ex and told they only make money on finance sales (we were paying cash plus p/ex). Sat outside to discuss for few minutes and decided to buy. Went back into to sales office and said we would buy with p/ex price offered to be told someone else was viewing the car so he wouldn't sell to us!.... unbelievable! can only assume the viewers were buying on finance so we're potentially better profit!

I bought a car from corner park a vw touran as i have 4 children my youngest is disabled was told they would get me finance as i don't work because I'm a full time career to my daughter ended up getting the finance test drove the car notices the car was shaking and shuddering everytime I changed gear so I told them about it and there response was no problem we will get it sorted I was supposed to have the car 3 days later but I did not recive the car till 3 weeks after the point of sale.I have had the car just over a year and a half now 20 TIMES I have had to take it back due to the dpf filter cloging and the car going in to limp mode everytime.I then had the car back after repair when I was told there was actually a new dpf filter then after that nothing but problems with this car at least every two weeks the same problem kept accruing once it lost all power on the m4 with my children in the back everytime you ring they have no sympathy for you just Palm you off and tell you to ring another person from the company i have had 20 courtesy cars all that were not road worthy words hanging out the tyres , one car I drove around for a month then my partner looked it up it had no tax in the whole time rang them up they said that taxes it.Then ended up having the same courtesy car again after giving it back and there was still no tax on it .I am still paying the finance on this car the garage has had it since last August I had to go out and buy a cheap run around there is over 2000 pound worth off work needed to be done on this car I have hardle used this car they have put more miles on it then me..This garage is absolutely disgusting the way they treat people would not recommend to anyone.They still have my car now I am currently in the process of taking them to court because I just can't get no where with them I was told to drive the car around for a week by corna park garages as i had booked it in to vw to be told by vw the filter was 95 percent full this car could have caught on fire with me and my children in it if I carried on driving it they are blunt on the phone thinking I won't know nothing as i am a girl!! And try to make me feel small i am taking this all the way!!!
