Nice seats. The chai latte needs working on....

Shop is shabby tables dirty and definitely not enough staff on duty every time i go needs totally re vamping its a disgrace hate going in there

Excellent coffee. Staff could learn to smile even towards the end of their shift.

Nice layout. Lots of seating available. Toilets also available. Staff very nice. Much the same as most Costa's.

Very nice cafe with lovely, chatty staff who pours their hearts into every coffee:) cool mini window bar with tall seats allowing you to look at people passing by (would move the window stickers a bit up;))

A little bit disappointing today when I popped into have my coffee. As wasnt offered if they would like too take my Americano Primo too the table (hence being disabled) so struggled too carry coffee too my table. Then which isn't there fault they are having some exterior work done which makes the place a little messy and without the right number of tables in the coffee shop.

Go to costa a lot. This one was quiet but it was more Rhyl than the place

I use Costa in Rhyl a lot but today has to be the worst I have seen in any Costa.
No cups only take out cups. No sandwiches, staff informed me its due to their area manager no longer ordering them due to high wastage ! Unable to add points due to machine failure.

The staff at this Costa are absolutely wonderful. I used this as my hang-out when I had just moved to the area but didn't yet have wifi, and the staff didn't mind me sitting around in Costa for a few hours at a time. They are all wonderfully friendly and the seating area is also nice and comfy!
