Friendly staff, once they decide to serve you. I came here today, there were 5 staff members standing around. One was serving, 4 were having a chat in 2 desperate groups. After making me wait for a few minutes one noticed me and asked if I needed any help.... "Yes please!". She seemed surprised. Seems a common trend at any Costa to be honest.

No seating, over priced

Ok for a services with the usual inflated prices, arrived at 9am for a costa coffee, different to all other Costa's I have been to where they expect you to clear the table, so a clean table was hard to find.
