Costa Coffee

Good service...Coffee & sandwich were good even if a bit pricey.

This Costa is located on the A55 at a designated 'services' site. This is misleading. My disabled husband, who was desperate for the toilet due to traffic delays, had to buy a coffee before the code for the toilet was given to him - the last thing he needed at that moment was more liquid! Although he had planned to buy coffe for both of us afterwards.When he entered the hallowed toilet it was filthy & virtually unuseable. If Costa think that level of hygiene is acceptable in their toilets I shudder to think of their levels of hygiene for food preparation. We will not be using Costa again.

Not up to the usual standard.

Went in at 17:40 and most of seating area closed as it had been cleaned.
Food and drinks ordered, we Sat down and waited. Food (2cakes /2 muffins) arrived in bags. They didn't give us plates as it's more washing up.
Not good.

Visited this Costa before with no problems, however the visit today was less than satisfactory. The customer services from "Scott" is far from what you expect from a Costa coffee... My latte was more froth than coffee, when I asked the barista (Scott) to top my latte up with milk he poured a "thimble full" of milk in my coffee. He informed me that was how he had been shown how to make a latte. After a dispute in the shop with him, he reluctantly made me a second coffee; but in doing so was very rude!! Good place JUST AVOID SCOTT SERVING YOU!!

Fairly typical Costa. Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful but I was lucky because there weren't many customers as there were only two staff on duty.

Good service and great coffee, parking close.

Not busy but tables full of dirty cups and plates. We had to tidy up our table again. Service OK. Toilets a disgrace - filthy, no paper and dryer not working AGAIN. Time Whitbread sorted this Costa out..

Costa lot as its known. Try McDonald's for a coffee it's just as good at a fraction of the price
