Best staff in a Costa by far, friendly and chatty making for a great atmosphere

Great location, queues can be long and tables filthy, though.

It is shameful to expect two staff to run a place with 5.000 customers daily. As a result there are rubbish everywhere, tables full of empty glasses, customers having to clean after others, a mess everywhere. For the price of coffee sold here and the profit margins they've got, cost cutting like this is terrible.

Pop by this Costa a few times recently and never popped in. I was happy I went in this morning as the staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which compared to other Costas I have visited is a nice surprise.

The service was fast and efficient with a little conversation dropped in to make me feel my custom was appreciated. This is not the usual feeling I experience when frequenting the other big name coffee houses.

I'm a big fan of Costa and I'm never disappointed with the service or products but called in here today and thought the staff were really helpful and friendly so they deserved a special mention.

Good atmosphere and very good staff. The hazelnut latte I buy every day is the best I've had from any Costa that I've been to ! Makes Starbucks taste like instant!
