Very busy not helped by inexperienced staff. Long, long wait to be served.

Really good but at £3 and 5pence for a flat white with an extra shot I will not be having another for a while!!!!!

A good costa which is well situated. Staff very friendly and polite. Coffee is of good quality and above normal standard. I would suggest some light background music to improve ambience and customer satisfaction.

Bought two soy caramel lattes and both tasted bitter and generally not very nice. Went back to see if we could get more Carmel or something and got a very rude response with sassy chat between the workers. They made us two fresh ones anyway and these were better but still not great. Overall, not really impressed.

Excellent customer service and a great variety of coffees and snacks.

Ok but let down by the quality of the coffee. The taste of the Americano is rather disappointing.

Ordered Earl Grey tea, water in pot no teabag. Returned to counter manager blames staff yet she served us. No apology, fab service from Anna, but tea bag is either out of date or inferior brand..rubbish will not return down this corner of the pines again.

Inexperienced staff providing poor quality products. Seems to be an issue every time we come here. I think this visit will be the last
