The lady who helped me with sizing my hat was ever so helpful and friendly and even though I didn't get my hat there in the end as my size wasn't in stock I took that away with me and got one else where the same day - and none of them were as helpful as she was! If I hadn't been in need of one so quickly would certainly have ordered it through this store because of the excellent service and tips she gave me.
