Went there today only me in the shop ,over 10 min waiting to be helped ,was going to purchase ,but staff prefer drinking coffee

Was never a great fan before this shop moved, parking, size of shop etc, but the move has made a very good local bike shop for me, always helpful, good service and quality products.

My condor made to measure is brilliant.. Staff customer centred and know there stuff about bikes.. And the food and coffee ☕ in the cafe is amazing to.

They can certainly talk the talk. However I bought a trek 7.4 from there. Nothing but problems with the gears. I kept taking it back and they all verbalised about what the problem was. I took it home and two days later it was the same. In the end I had to take it elsewhere.
