Established as a charity in 1990, Tŷ Hafan first opened its doors in 1999 and offers comfort, care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families, helping them make the most of the time they have left together. In August 2013, Tŷ Hafan established a wholly owned subsidiary company, Crackerjackpot Limited. This company structure enables Crackerjackpot to offer our wealth of expertise to you in full compliance with Charity Commission regulations.
