Here at Crafty Dog Towers we make a wide range of jams, chutneys and marmalades, all made in small batches to control the individual flavours and exceptional quality. We make traditional preserves like Blackberry and Strawberry jams or Lemon and Lime Marmalades, then our own recipes, such as Blackcurrant Jam with Creme de Cassis, or Yellow Plum and Vanilla Jam (with organic bourbon vanilla), or Apple Chutney with Apple Brandy (AOC Calvados), or rich citrussy Clementine Marmalade.
