5 years ago my youngest daughter Brodey was born with an allergy to dairy and eggs, determined that my daughter could have a birthday cake I learnt to bake and decorate, my hobby and passion for creating beautiful cakes culminated in the creation of Crazy Cakes. I am extremely lucky have a career doing something I enjoy so much and hopefully it shows in the finishing and taste to make your cakes extra special.
