What a great space, and even better food! Went with a group of pals and had a great time over delicious ice cream and waffles- definitely something for everyone, even the coffee looked amazing for those without so much of a sweet tooth. I would definitely recommend visiting if you're in the area �

We visited Creams on Saturday 18th june and the first two desserts weren't available, bearing in mind it was getting late,i chose a third which was soooo good,the staff were brilliant, a young man came over and offered me an extra scoop of ice-cream as a sorry, he was very helpful and polite,we're going again this Saturday, earlier though, well impressed by service and attention of staff :-)

We love Creams and visit everyone we are in Cardiff . The ice cream is amazing , I love their sorbet is the best and puddings are to die for. They are always so busy it's know surpises they run out time to time . But staff always other you something to replace bit if they are missing . Thanks to all the staff that work their as we love it their x

This review is about 6 months late... but I revived such amazing service that I had to come and write this after all this time!! I was away for a weekend away in Cardiff from London, went out for dinner and on our way to the hotel came across a familiar place by the name of creams!! Me and my wife were blown away by the amazing service and hospitality shown, especially when they found out we were from out of town, they were so kind and the waffles were amazing!! The Manager was amazing and showed real passion for her customers (also had one of the best singing voices I've ever heard!!) well done guys and good luck!!

The 'Sour candy hit sundae' & cappuccino were absolutely phenomenal! I have been to many dessert restaurants and Creams is genuinely the very best for portion size, flavour, presentation & overall quality. The Cardiff restaurant is decorated beautifully and the staff were super friendly. Thank you!

Love this place had mains at another restarestaurant , then dragged my friends in for dessert, didnt take a lot of persuasion ☺ The ice creams are lovely, but the waffles are amazing!! Have taken a group of kids for a party and they loved it too! Service is fab.

I really enjoy visiting creams - the staff are warm and sweet much like the hot and cold brownie ice cream sundae. This establishment is very spacious and spacey, you will be comfortable even with a large group of pals.

Gave 4 stars as service could be worked on, didn't like the staff coming along to take the plates as made us feel like we needed to rush and they where just looking for somthing to do. we wasn't really finished yet,(there was still un eaten ice cream on the plate) but we let her take a plate away. Food was absolutely lovely and service was very quick, however I did have to wait until I was halfway through my food for my drink! When I was trying to order the person behind the counter was a bit rude when she became confused about my fairly simple order. The waitress who finally brought my drink was very apologetic and concerned that it had arrived to the table late.

Went with my friend and boyfriend had to weight ages for our order only for it to be wrong an had to pay for the xtra item we were given seperatly when my bf orderd 3 milkshakes an 3 deserts but was given 3 milkshakes and 4 deserts kaspas next time I think !!

Nice deserts not as nice as kaspers though we were a party of 4 and would of liked to of all ate together my hubby had his 1st by the time the 3rd desert was fetched to us he had long finished his the 4th dessert was minus the icecream ,very slow service will be going to Kaspers from now on

I visited in the first weekend of Feb. I was originally just going to complain because of how the staff were around the restaurant. I'm heavily pregnant (and it's obvious) but members of staff kept pushing past me in the tiny walkways and I felt quite shocked by this. It wasn't as if they were even carrying food, and I wouldn't have taken long to get through. After returning to my table I said to my sisters about maybe writing to complain about it, but at that point I was still hopeful.



That's when a strange thing happened. Out of nowhere a waitress came up to the table and took my cutlery from in front of me saying it was dirty, but didn't even look at it. Then brought me a 'fresh' set. Well we all sat there confused.. I concluded that maybe she had heard me say about complaining and was either trying to be super helpful and nice or gave me a set that was really dirty.



I then had to wait an extra 10/15 minutes for my food, whereby the rest of the table had just about finished by the time I started.



Questionable staff. Bad service. But the food tasted alright, who knows if it they had spit in it though.

Been a few times to this creams because the food is great but the service is so poor. When ordering staff were rude and didn't seem like they wanted to be there at all. Not same for all creams but he Cardiff one is awful. Will be trying kaspas next time. Staff training is not kept up to date. Went in on last day to use January coupon and was given a blunt no even though Facebook page states you take them. Wouldn't have minded if she'd been polite about not knowing about them or how to do them but instead she shoved it back at me after asking where I'd gotten it. Not pleasant trip.

What an absolute joke. They said they had no crepes left. It's a dessert shop, are they not made fresh? They then massively mischarged us and added things we didn't ask for. The drinks were brought to the table and were wrong. They brought out the lemon sorbet on its own that one of our group had ordered but said it was icecream to accompany whatever desserts were to follow... it was then left there to melt whilst we waited for the other desserts to arrive 5-10mins later. It's only because someone in our group tried it that we realised it was the lemon sorbet!! The 2 other desserts then followed and there was next to no syrup on one of the waffles eventhough it had been paid for as an extra and the strawberries were soggy and sour. The waffle itself was undercooked in the middle and slightly 'eggy'. The bathrooms were also not maintained well. Rubbish on floors and no toilet roll.

Won't be returning sorry.

Was served hot chocolate with milk that was clearly off. When I spoke to them their answer was that it's the smell of the hot chocolate which it wasn't� no going back again

So disappointed, our delivery came cold. The crepe was cold, rubbery and unfresh with a sickly horrible Strawberry syrup and the Strawberries looked old and wilted like they were going bad. The waffle was just cold and chewy. Next time we'll just order from Ice cream passion again.

Poor service lady waitress, asked for wifi password and she fobbed me off by saying there was no wifi, then asked the guy waiter who gave me the password, very lazy customer service, should learn and improve herself

Only a select few members of the staff were nice, and also enthusiastic about their work. The same can't be said for the majority. The restaurant was hardly busy for a Saturday afternoon, and we expected a quick service, however, it took 20 minutes for even 1 dessert to arrive and it took a diabolical half an hour for my partners to arrive. As well as forgetting our drinks order, the staff member who bought over the food was facetious and downright rude after taking an absolute age for a measly sundae to arrive in the first place. Think I'll be sticking to Kaspas from now on. Downright shocking.

When placing order was told no pancakes (in a dessert shop) so had to change my daughters order to a waffle. After this is does command to worse. They come to table to say they have no choc sauce ... turns out they had a different one so we rectify that issue. BUT then the desserts start arriving one at a time with a couple of mins between each one and after 3 out of 4 have been started we r told they don't actually have the 4th. So we have no option now but to choose another or go without as the other 3 have already been started. No refund has been offered for any differences in costs or as a gesture of goodwill. Whilst the food was fine it wasn't anything special and having asked to speak to a manager or supervisor have been told there isn't one on site. Asked who is in charge ... told no-one, the manager has just left. So I have asked would they return to speak to me. I've since been told no manager on today (different story) and that if I wish to speak to them I need to return tmrw. When I love 20 miles away that's not really an option so public it is.
