Croeso! Welcome to the Facebook Page for Creigir Wen Holiday Cottages.
We are a small, family run holiday cottage business in the beautiful seaside village of Abersoch on the Lleyn Peninsula in Wales.
We converted the outbuildings at Creigir Wen into two beautiful cottages in 2009. Bwthyn y Saer (the Carpenter's Cottage) sleeps 4 in two bedrooms and Bwthyn y Wennol (Swallow Cottage) sleeps 5 in three bedrooms.
We also offer Maes Coch, which is over the road to Creigir Wen cottages, for let. It is a large house, sleeping 10 in 5 bedrooms. It has a garden and spacious balcony with stunning views across the fields to St Tudwal's islands.
Our cottages are offered for rental on a weekly basis (Friday to Friday) or we can also offer short breaks outside the peak holiday season.
A number of our customers return year after year. They love the location, which is quiet yet only a 10 minute walk to the beaches or the village centre. They also love the high quality of our accommodation and the "home from home" feel.
Children love to stay at our cottages, and in Creigir Wen in particular, having the farm animals outside the window (often right at the window! ) is a real highlight.
We offer a number of extras for families, including travel cots, stair gates, children's plates and cutlery and (on request) baby equipment such as bottle warmer, steriliser, baby monitor and baby toys. We can also offer a full baby sitting service (bookable locally) with a registered childminder.
All our properties come fully equipped and rental price includes all bedding, heating, electricity and cleaning at the end of your stay.
