The Ddraig Goch Fitness Centre -
Our new gym is fully equipped with state of the art Precor and Absolute Performance machinery.
Whether you are looking to, lose weight, tone, build strength or increase stamina, our range of cardiovascular, fixed resistance and free weight equipment will help you achieve your goal.
We offer a range of different payment options - Single sessions, month to month, monthly direct debits and 6 or 12 month memberships.
We offer Inductions for all new members, which can be arranged by phone or email at a time and day convenient for you.


The Dance Studio -
Our brand new Dance Studio boasts a fully sprung wooden floor. The spacious area complete with mirrors and a high powered music system can be used for a number of activities including; Fitness Classes, Dance, Gymnastics, Relaxation groups and Martial Arts.

The Multi-Purpose Sports Hall -
a Multi- Purpose hall which can be used for a number of difference sporting activities like, 5 a-side football, netball, volleyball, badminton, tennis etc. . .
The hall is also available for events such as exhibitions and tournaments.

The Conference /Education facilities-
Our brand new adult suite complete with I. T facilities is an excellent example of the various spaces we have available for hire. If you are looking to run educational classes, team meetings or training courses we have a wide range of rooms to cater for everyone.
