It’s nearly Christmas but I can still get gift vouchers out to you if you fancy treating a loved one to a hot stones or holistic massage. 🤗 Or if someone you know is planning a keep fit campaign in 2019 then I’m here to help with sports and remedial massage.
I had an answer phone message the other day from a yoga lady called Karen with a request to contact her about massage for one of her retreats. Sadly, the part where she left her number is muffled so I can’t ring get back! If anyone by chance knows who this might be please could you let me know? 🙂 she must think I’m being really rude...
If any body fancies trying out squash you can come to Abergavenny Leisure Centre Tuesdays at 4.45pm for a ladies beginners/improvers session. For a small contribution to the cost of the courts you get some free coaching from the kind and patient Peter Steed, a bit of a run around and a laugh! Age range of our little group at the moment is 17 to fifty something. Please message me if you want to find out more.
Saw Frankie Wesson perform yesterday afternoon at Bookish in Crickhowell. She's a singer songwriter from Abergavenny and she's fab. Look out for her and try to catch her if you get a chance. Facebook.com/frankiewessonmusic
Went to my first Abergavenny Pound Fit class this afternoon at Dance Blast. It was absolutely fab! Great teacher and good fun. 50 mins of high energy work out with your very own set of drum sticks!
It's Mothering Sunday on the 26th March. How about treating your mum to a massage? For a wonderfully relaxing treatment I would recommend feet, neck, head and face. Lovely!
Here's an idea for Christmas presents...
Now that the weather is getting chillier the Hot Stones massages are coming into their own. They can really add another dimension to the relaxation of muscle tissue. Remember to ask for hot stones when you book a massage because they need to be heated up well in advance iof the session. And the best news is that I incorporate them into the massage at no extra cost!
Good luck to all the runners at next Monday's Devauden 10k race. I'm looking forward to helping out with pre and post event massage to lots of sportsmen and women.
It's the final weekend of the Crickhowell Walking Festival. The weather has not been the best but that doesn't seem to have put people off. I'm looking forward to doing free massages for tired walkers at the CRIC this afternoon from 2.30pm. Donations will go to the Nepal Earthquake Relief Fund. Pop in to say hello if you are in Crickhowell.
I'm really pleased to be taking part in the Crickhowell Walking Festival this year. On Saturday 5th March I will be in the Crickhowell resource and Information Centre, Beaufort Street, giving free massages to the tired legs and feet of walkers. All donations will go to the festival's chosen charity, Nepal Earthquake Relief Fund. If you fancy booking yourself onto one of the 13 walks planned for that day have a look at the website www.crickhowellfestival.com or pick up one of the brochures. And then pop in for a free massage afterwards!
