I arrived minutes late for a viewing. My fault as it wasn't until I followed the sat nav that I realised I was in the same street, but the street was blocked off halfway way. Sadly I had no phone call to check if I was still arriving, and passed the estate agent at the end of street. If their vehicles were sign written I could have waved the guy down to stop him from leaving. The girl in the office was apologetic. I asked for the estate agent to be called back, but he had another appointment to attend. What could they do better? Call their prospective customers before leaving a venue rather than calling the office.

I first came into contact with Crook and Blight in 2015 when I was looking to buy a new home. They couldn't have been better! There was no pressure during the viewings, they turned up on time and were extremely professional throughout the entire process.

Also as a landlord, my property became available during 2016, and after being unhappy with my current letting agents, I decided to give Crook and Blight a go.

Once again they were brilliant to deal with. Communications were excellent, they kept me in the loop at all times, and the feedback from the tenant was also extremely positive. I can safely say they are the best agents I have dealt with in Newport.

We recently sold our house through Crook & Blight and were totally delighted with the service they provided. The photographs they took of our house were extremely professional along with all the dealings with Richard, James, Jane and the other office based staff. Everyone we spoke to regarding our sale was professional and competent, something that can only be gained from years of experience. The house was promptly advertised and a sale secured within a matter of weeks. The house we subsequently bought was also through Crook and Blight and we were kept closely informed of the progress of both our sale and purchase by Jane in the sales department. Whenever we phoned the office we were put through to the right person who was able to deal with our enquiry. We would certainly use them again.
