Carers Trust Crossroads Sir Gâr have been awarded a contract by Carmarthenshire County Council to deliver after-school, weekend clubs and holiday clubs for children & young people with additional needs in Carmarthenshire. This provision is aimed at children who are unable to access mainstream children & young people’s clubs due to their disabilities.

Carers Rights Day is a national awareness raising day held each year to: • Make carers aware of their rights • Let carers know where to get help and support • Raise awareness of the needs of carers.
... This year we are organising a Carers Rights Day event for carers to be held on Friday 30th November in Llansteffan, near Carmarthen. Please find attached flyer with further information along with booking forms.
