So I'm a fan of cycling, obviously.
But there are some days when I'm reminded of what's really great about cycling. Today was one of those days:
- An incredible 106 riders for Ysgol Gymraeg Aberystwyth's Crys Melyn Cycling bike race... - Another hundred or so juniors racing at the Ystwyth Juniors summer race series in Llanidloes - Finally home, to catch up on a cracking performance by G Team INEOS in the Tour
All in all, a very good day of Welsh cycling!!

Wow!! Very chuffed (and surprised!!) to have been been shortlisted for the 'Celebrating New Business' category in the Aberystwyth First Awards!

After a busy day at the Tour of Pembrokeshire yesterday, the team decided a decent breakfast was in order.
Thanks to The Meadow in St. Davids for the very tasty start to a lazy sunny Sunday!
Happened to be in Llandrindod Wells today, and called by the National Cycle Museum . What a great place! My favourite was definitely the bamboo bike from the 1890s... www.cyclemuseum.org.uk
