Now here's some 😋 looking Wednesday motivation for you.
J is for Jamón: you can't talk about Spanish food without mentioning the the king of all cured meats. Delicious & versatile, eat as it comes, wrap meats and fish before roasting, add to sandwiches & much more. Come grab some hand carved loveliness from our deli now

I is for inedit: the award winning food beer by superstar chef #FerranAdrià & Estrella . 2 years of rigorous preparation, 400 recipes, result in a slightly cloudy wheat beer with subtle floral overtones, creamy, fresh, and delicate. Sublime stuff! Available in our deli and on tap in our bar
Wowza #MondayMotivaton alert!!! A whole day of half price pintxos means you'll have plenty of spare change to treat yourself to an extra glass (or two 😉) of something delicioso. Now who says Monday can't be fun?

I is for ibérico and those prized meats from Spain’s free roaming, black-hoofed acorn eating pig. The sheer thought of that soft ribbon of acorn-rich fat dissolving into flavoursome bliss on our tongues, few food experiences match it 😋. Come try for yourself now in our deli and bar, we know you'll love em!

☀️ Sunday bubbles at curado 🍾🥂: 100% #Organic Cygnus Brut Nature contains the least amount of sugar possible in a cava. It's satisfyingly dry, more so than a Brut! Already turning heads, influential Robert Parker scored it a whopping 91 points, simply put, this is something special & the perfect way to end your week.
Nothing says fun like pimientos de Padrón, the king of culinary Russian roulette. On the whole a sweet melt in your mouth affair, they are small, triangular, fragrant and mostly harmless but once in a while you’ll be halted in your tracks by a fiery one! Have you tried them yet?
It's #friday and it's #InternationalBeerDay all rolled into one 🤔 ... YES!!!! 🍻

We managed to get in on busy match day and just stood by the bar, made to feel very welcome ended up staying for two bottles of gin and a few pintxo, delicious can’t wait to go again.
They got us a table when another restaurant let us down. Attentive staff made us welcome and food was great. We will be back and will let others know of this little gem in the heart of Cardiff.
Really authentic and unique food serve by friendly welsh staff making our dinner incredible and super tasty follow up great selection of Spanish wine match the food. Well done and strongly recommend!!!
Nice little bar just on the corner of Westgate street. We ordered too many Pinxtos - very generous portions, a sangria and a beer. Lovely little Deli at the back. Recommended and a nice change from the standard flat pack chain fare. Really hope it secures sufficient custom to keep going.
Just keeps getting better after every visit. The food and wine are exceptional, the staff very much know their stuff on every dish and are happy to recommend to suit your taste, we have had a cheese platter put together for us several times now, absolutely stunning. The atmosphere is relaxed and the ambiance cool and un-rushed, if you can get a table or a spot at the bar I cannot recommend it enough.
In Cardiff for a few nights and happened across this place, I was drawn by the smell as we walked past. Honestly, THEE best food I have had the pleasure to eat in a long time. Absolutely stunning. Service was amazing, atmosphere very chilled and not too pricey either. Me and the Mrs joked that we'd make the 4 hour trip to Cardiff again for this place alone and in all seriousness, we're already planning our annual birthday weekend away around this place. We'd love to come back, would recommend to anyone and it's just a shame there isn't anything like this back home in sunny Manchester. Top notch guys. Muchas gracias
I can't tell you how much I love this place, the staff are lovely, very polite and knowledgeable about their products. The food is simply divine and the beer delicious especially Er Boqueron.
I can't wait to go again soon
Great food, great wine, great atmosphere. A busy little tapas bar with a brilliant selection to choose from. I'm usually very particular with tapas as most places are so budget and mainstream when it comes to what they offer, but this place has a wealth of choice and different tastes. I highly recommend the mushrooms on toast (with a much posher name obviously)!
Gr8 selection of food and drink, and quality to match plus helpful service - def a + + + from me :) :) :)
Good location food very good food but the service made it , our host for the night was great she always served with a smile which cost nothing but goes a long way , we’ll done team Curado
First visit and we were very impressed. Staff are friendly, food superb, great wine recommendation and top drawer gin. What more can I say...we’ll be visiting again soon
Excellent. Good value sherry by the glass (the Delgado Zuleta Amontillado is really nice: dry, savoury, nutty). Lots of dishes that are a bit tough to find in Cardiff, such as cazon en adobo (sort of fried shark in vinegar) and puntillas (baby creepies, fried as well).
Busy Saturday night, food excellent, staff attentive, best place for a good night out with food and first class choice of wine and good relaxed vibe.
A delicious bottle of red, yummy pinxtos and off the scale lentils courtesy of Sam who even shared his recipe. The waiting and bar staff were friendly and we had a great night and will be back soon.
Our first visit to the Curado Bar. Lovely food and staff were very helpful and friendly. Recommend a visit.
Fab place, great atmosphere, the staff were lovely, my only complaint is that 9 o'clock on a Saturday night.... they run out of chorizo and tortillas😳😳😳 Not ideal for a tapas bar!!!!
But the alternatives were nice in all fairness 👍🏻
Enjoyed the food
Draft beer was very good but £4 per 1/2 pint 🤔
£6 per pint
Had I known I would not have bought 2 1/2 pints !
Been before many times and really enjoyed it. Now it’s nothing’s special. Used to be great atmosphere with spanish waitresses and waiters ...and really good food ...better than bar 44..now I wouldn’t say so. Jamon iberico was like normal pork...and suace was horrible. Had no taste besides sour lemon...and I’m pretty convinced it was not iberico. Original taste juicy. This one was more dry and barely any flavour. Pardon peppers were very oily...so probably oil wasn’t hot enough when cooked.
Not sure if go again.
Will only go for the wine. Food and service rubbish. Not the first time I've been here. I always give the benefit of the doubt once or twice but this time it has been the decider for me. No thanks.
