Small store with limited choice, the times I've been in there staff are waiting to pounce, I prefer to ask if I want help.

It's an OK PC. Find that there isn't enough staff to help you out with question and end up waiting a while. Carphone warehouses section makes up for this though with very friendly and helpful staff.

Normally sized shop with quality laptops and reasonable prices. Happy with the service, though, during busy times (i.e. Christmas holidays, etc) they could be understaffed.

I've only been in here 7 times and I never come in here to browse. I'm usually looking for something specific. I just approach one of the staff and give them a description of what I'm looking for. They take me through the options and then give me their opinion of what they think is best for what you pay. And I'm in and out of the shop in usually max of 10 mins.
