I think that Curry's head office seriously need to think about the staffing levels in their stores . Whilst I can appreciate online purchases carry less costs for the company , nothing beats talking to a sales person when you can find one !
Had to hunt for someone in this branch and when I found someone he then had to hunt for someone too! Spoils the purchasing experience somewhat .
Plus the price you see is not necessarily the only price you pay ..bought a washing machine for my elderly mother Do you want the old one removing ? £20.00 ..do you want the new one connecting ? £25.00 do you want a timed delivery slot £20.00 . It all adds up so bear this in mind !
So Currys more store staff please !!

One of the worst shopping experiences ive ever had. We were batted about by staff for over an hour while they looked for stock they didn't have, opted for an alternative product to wait again for an extended period of time to be told they couldn't find that item either, and had no alternative to offer us besides shrugging and saying "sorry about that". Staff were seemed lazy, unorganised more interested in hanging about in groups chatting and leaving customers stood waiting in the dark than making any effort to provide good customer service.

Plenty of staff on hand but, at the same time I didn't get pounced on when I walked through the door which is always a bonus. Was able to find what I wanted and leave again in no time. Even the kids didn't have time to get bored. I find the prices are often quite steep but if you know you need to go to currys to get the thing you need and then price is acceptable then the store and staff are fine

Not bad customer service on this visit. Rep did provide needed info on the varied products I was interested in

It's always a little frustrating to find the online range of TVs isn't replicated in store - this was the second Curry's we had visited and found the selection of TVs here was even sparser than the store in Bridgend.

Plenty of £80 HDMI cables though to choose from though.

Bought a laptop last sat was told to pick it up Sunday night as I wanted everything put onto it. Went there on the Sunday and they hadn't even looked at it told me it would be done by Monday (by which time my son would be late handing in his homework that he wanted to do on the laptop). Had a phone call Monday saying there was a fault with the laptop and that they had ordered me a new one which would be there by today (thurs) and to wait for a phone call to go and pick it up and I'm still waiting!! Absolutely disgusting, now my son can't complete the homework and my daughter can't do hers!! Will never buy from here again!!!
So unprofessional!!!

Prices for the main items are reasonably competitive watch out for the addons ( cables you don't need ) at the checkout it ramps the price up. Other than that it's good to be able to see what your buying and how well different brands compare. The friendly sales staff are good at drawing you in to conversation and be careful you'll end up spending.

The worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Arranged to add microsoft office to my son's new laptop on 3 occasions. On each occasion hadn't completed it, hadn't called me to tell me not to come to the store as they promised and you cannot get a store number anywhere. Only a central number online and they then refuse to put you through to the store. The staff will not give you the name of the manager to make a complaint. Personally I will be going somewhere else as soon as I get my refund.
